Get the run around every time. Been back to the dealer multiple times about a tail light under warrants. Told when I got the car it needed photos by a special camera. Photos could not be done then and had to come back. Came back, photos taken with a cell phone and told to wait for a call from service. Never got a call and tried calling dealer multiple times until I said I wanted to speak with a manager. Manager advised that service said needed a special camera for photos and to come back. Came back again to dealer and saw service dept. Told the employee my long story short. He rolled his eyes and asked me if I was really told that a special camera was needed. He took photos of the tail light with my cell phone. Employee assured me this repair would take 15-20 minutes. Made an apt over the phone with my car after another employee contacted me. Upon arrival for my apt, the service center had no record of this or any of my paper work. Finally got my car into service garage and was told this would take at least an hour. Spoke with manager again at the dealer about my situation and nothing came of this. Each time to respond out to the dealer takes one hour just in drive time. Not to mention the inconvenience of planning around work and personal life. Still... I have no answer to why I get the run around and the waste of my time. Lack of communication and professionalism to take care of a customer that spent about $30,000 at this dealer. Figured the service would be exceptional More

I had a few previously poor customer service expe I appreciate both Sam and Jordan taking the time to make sure this experience was a much better one. I had a few previously poor customer service experiences during my previous visits, and Sam took the time to listen to my complaints and make them right. Jordan kept me informed and in the loop at all times, as well as was kind and helpful when it came to setting up my rental, and bringing my vehicle in. If every employee was like Jordan, I am sure I would never have a complaint. I do truly appreciate the dedication they took to make this experience a better one, and it is because of that, I am much more likely to return. More
