Cortese Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Mitsubishi - Service Center

None of the dealership service experience I expect. 10k mile service of my 2019 Ram 1500. Oil change, Tire Rotation and Inspection. To start I have to trust the oil was changed, the only evidence I 10k mile service of my 2019 Ram 1500. Oil change, Tire Rotation and Inspection. To start I have to trust the oil was changed, the only evidence I have that anything was done was a paper floor mat on the driver side. They didn’t reset oil life monitor. The tire rotation was completed, I know this because I did have 1 tire that was down a few pounds of pressure, and the tpms was still showing the low pressure but it had moved positions after a few miles drive. Now what I feel Was missing. Filling the air in that tire I mentioned was low. Filling the fluids. Resetting that oil life. And a quick wash wouldn’t be nice too. All services I’ve received from a dealer just down the street from Cortese. More

concerned - my car is still broken First, I'm not criticizing anyone. I'm very disturbed with Jeep. My 2yr old jeep Cherokee ltd was diagnosed with a differential problem. Please note First, I'm not criticizing anyone. I'm very disturbed with Jeep. My 2yr old jeep Cherokee ltd was diagnosed with a differential problem. Please note - I do not do rough driving. Prior to the fix I asked if we had any problem with brakes and no problems found. I got the car back after the repair. It still is broken. The differential is making terrible noises and the car drives horribly. When I slow down the differential makes terrible noises and it sounds like scraping. I have had to wait many days for an appointment to bring it back again. I do hope someone could please straighten out my vehicle. It's only 2 years old and feels like I'm driving a 15 yr old junker. Very disappointed in every aspect right now. Think about how you'd feel spending good $ for a new car and to add it's not paid for and it feels like I bought junk. More
