I made an appointment for a safety recall, brought my car in 3 hours early just to have them call me (after I had texted them) at 5pm to say that my vehicle was not even looked at and they could get it done in 3 hours early just to have them call me (after I had texted them) at 5pm to say that my vehicle was not even looked at and they could get it done the next day.... They were unapologetic and kind of rude. I had to pick my car up that because I needed to get to work the next day. Waste of time. More

Brought vehicle in twice for malfunctioning dashboard. 1st visit could not determine problem. 2nd visit paid about $190 to fix and it worked fine until today. The same problem still exists.
