I waited 3 1/2 months for a part to come in. Then when it came in, the gentleman told me that it would take 1 1/2 hours at the most. Mike is always great! I don't like the fact that they are charging a surcharge to pay by credit card. These can be large bills and a 3% fee seems ridiculous on the amount I don't like the fact that they are charging a surcharge to pay by credit card. Meanwhile if they are going to charge this fee they need to tell people when the appointment is made. Not when we walk in the door without a check book or $1500 in cash randomly in our pocket! Will be taking my routine maintenance somewhere else in the future. More
