The staff at Cortese service kept me updated on what was wrong with my car, how long it would take to fix, and what it would cost. PERHAPS THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BECAUSE IT WAS 90 DEGREES OUT AND I HAD A 3 HOUR TRIP HOME. NEVERTHELESS A HEADS UP WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL BECAUSE THE ENGINE WAS SO NOISY I THOUGHT SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH IT. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR HELPING ME. Standard service and replace broken rear license plate light Oil change and rotating tires was done albeit in a bit longer time than I would have expected- 2+ hours.
