My right side door handle would not operate the door locks. The first visit they determined the door handle was defective. They had to order a door handle. The second visit they replaced the door handle locks. The first visit they determined the door handle was defective. They had to order a door handle. The second visit they replaced the door handle but this didn’t fix the problem. They now thought a sensor was the problem but they didn’t have the part, so they ordered it. The third visit they replaced the sensor and so far it seems to have solved the problem. Since this problem existed when I picked up the car I question the pre-delivery check. Everyone was very professional and polite but I did have to come in three times to get my problem resolved. More
I had my damaged radio antenna on hood of van replaced and had it returned with body damage near area of antenna. Damage was repaired but received vehicle back with filthy floor matt from who ever was dri and had it returned with body damage near area of antenna. Had my Challenger in for NYS Inspspection, and general check over all good. Next day had my Durango in for tire rotation, oil change and general check up. As always the service team did great job.
