Big time scammers...they charge you a diagnostic fee for a half done job! Poor customer service...had the audacity to charge an inspection fee when the truck was there to be fixed to pass inspection. On Monday, October 11th, my driver door window stopped operating. I called Cortese Tuesday morning, and an appointment was booked for 10:30am, Thursday October 14th. The Service Adviser, Rob Balon wrote operating. I called Cortese Tuesday morning, and an appointment was booked for 10:30am, Thursday October 14th. The Service Adviser, Rob Balon wrote up the Service Request and promised to keep me apprised of the status of the repair. Rob kept me up to date with Text messages and phone calls. Rob called me when the repair was complete. I do need to have Brake work done. Rob and Brian Mitchell let me know that the parts were available when I make an appointment for the brake work. I would have appreciated if the tech had cleaned up the door and window when the job was finished. More

Cortese is our dealership and service provider for over 40 years! The service has always been excellent. The service advisors are professional, kind, excellent communicators, and just plain great people! 40 years! The service has always been excellent. The service advisors are professional, kind, excellent communicators, and just plain great people! No other provider has so much as changed our oil (except for a Ziebart recommend that I thought was being done at Cortese when Ziebart used another provider) on any of our cars, which have all been purchased from Cortese. What's not to love??? More
