He, too, is very professional, courteous, friendly, caring, and always smiling. We have never had any of our Dodge Caravans, which we have owned since the 80's has been to any other service facility except once when we needed emergency service on a trip home from Florida. We drive our cars for over 150 thousand miles, thus all maintenance is maintained in a timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about Cortese Dodge and have sent many friends and relatives to you. Thank you for always being there when we need you! Again, Mike and Lisa are really the only people I have regular conversations with, but all your staff has treated us just wonderfully and our cars have been reliable for so many miles!
