Totally disappointed with Cortese ! On my first trip, they fix my check Engine light then come back again after 4 days. They made order and mentioned "come back 4 days", after 7 days when I call them "it's gonna take 2 weeks to fix". it wasted my time and I can't fix my car before long trip that I had mentioned many times. I'm disappointed with their services that doesn't take responsibility. their services is very low !!!!!!!!!!!!! More

At this point I would say no, to recommending the service center. I took my 2019 RAM Truck in to have an electronic brake controller installed and programmed to the truck. At this point I have not tried that center. I took my 2019 RAM Truck in to have an electronic brake controller installed and programmed to the truck. At this point I have not tried that out but found that the Remote Starter does not work now after in the service bay. I took it back and the tech did not see anything that was a quick fix, so now I have another appointment set to have that looked at in a week. Now this will be an inconvenience to get a ride to and from the center for another day with the truck in for service. More
