The dealership is fine, customer service in the service area is excellent. The low rating comes from all the pressure to fill out these reviews. Emails, text messages, it’s unrelenting. It’s not my job to evaluate your company-my role is to pay you money. Once you have my money please leave me alone. Every time I go to the dealership they create tasks for me. I don’t want tasks, I don’t care what you get from Dodge for good ratings….just take my money, say thank you and leave me alone. More

I had a serious problem with my Grand Wagoneer and was stranded 6:30 pm at my Granddaughter’s schoo parking lot while attending her soccer game. I called Cortese, my dealership and they immediately sent m stranded 6:30 pm at my Granddaughter’s schoo parking lot while attending her soccer game. I called Cortese, my dealership and they immediately sent me a Grand Wagoneer to drive until my SUV is fixed and sent a tow truck to pick up my disabled SUV. They were a life saver. We love doing business with them. More
