Cortese Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Mitsubishi - Service Center

My Jeep went in for warranty work and it was 3 weeks before I could get it back - the part was on backorder - not their fault. While it was there, I asked them to check the air filter - not a complicate before I could get it back - the part was on backorder - not their fault. While it was there, I asked them to check the air filter - not a complicated task. And while I am totally satisfied with the warranty work, I’ve had my Jeep back for almost 2 wks and multiple texts to the service manager who took care my jeep have yielded no response. I don’t know if the air filter is okay or needed replacement, or if it was even checked. I guess I’ll have to have my regular mechanic check it out since Cortese is too busy to take care of it. More
