I do not care for any of the sales personal at this dealership. They are rude and extremely arrogant. **Update - I was contacted finally to get my radio system looked at. The update I paid for did not fix the problem. I was advised that I need to replace it and it was not cheap. I appreciate the effort but the charges for it is outrageous. $912.00 to replace my radio I don’t think labor is included. I suggest a smaller mom and pops garage can probably do the job cheaper. I am a little disappointed with that. Oh well Rob was very helpful, communicative and detailed with his work. I would like to give 5 star however my Uconnect is still not fixed. I been trying to reach someone to reschedule but no response. Can someone contact me back? More
