Jordi was fabulous in helping us get two new key fobs made for my brother who has Parkinson's!!! My brother was flying home from Cancun with a layover in Chicago. He missed his connection in Chicago, a made for my brother who has Parkinson's!!! My brother was flying home from Cancun with a layover in Chicago. He missed his connection in Chicago, and in all the confusion, he lost his personal item bag which contained both sets of his car keys. I called Jordi from the Cancun airport (I was still in Mexico), and he said he would order the key fobs and would have them the following day. Jordi also said we would have to have the car towed (which was in the Rochester airport's long term parking) to the dealer so he could program the fobs, and he gave me the name/number of a reputable towing company. By the next day, the car was at the dealership, two new key fobs were made, and the car was ready for pick-up! A taxi took my brother to the dealership, and he was good to go!!!! Jordi, we are forever grateful for your kindness and efficiency in helping my brother get his car back and for helping him to get back to his normal routine (which was badly needed after an eventful Mexican vacation)! I do not care for any of the sales personal at this dealership. They are rude and extremely arrogant.
