I dropped my truck off to have them look at the transmission and software recall at 10:00am. They said they’d call by 1PM with if they found anything. I get a call at 3:30PM saying they didn’t find transmission and software recall at 10:00am. They said they’d call by 1PM with if they found anything. I got another call at 4:30PM again stating they found nothing wrong with the transmission and didn’t have time to do my recall. I missed a ton of work, had to pay for an Uber. Luckily, they didn’t charge me. Out of frustration, I picked up my truck instead of leaving it for another whole day, they brought me the wrong truck to pick up and then said the technician accidentally brought my key home. So, I had to wait for him to drop it off. This whole day has been a complete waste of time and money. I will not come back. I’ll wait for a month or so just to take it to West Herr instead. More

When it comes to the work to be done, no issues whatsoever. Issue was, I needed to come back and finish the NYS inspection after driving the vehicle for a period of time. I returned a week later whatsoever. Issue was, I needed to come back and finish the NYS inspection after driving the vehicle for a period of time. I returned a week later to finish the inspection and to order tires, with the April special. Next chance they had to do it or squeeze it in was 5/1 at 9am, I double checked if the April tire special would still be good, and I was told it would be. When I got to my appointment on 5/1, I was told that the special had expired 9 hours earlier and they would not honor the quoted price for the tires, unless I had a repair order for them (which I knew nothing about). They checked with someone else about the special and I was told flat out that they would not honor the price that was quoted, even after knowing a service manager stated the quote would be good on the day it was scheduled. After many years of work completed on my vehicles, I hope this does not deter me from having more work done by Cortese, but I will be really thinking about it first. Rob was the service manager that started my NYS inspection and the original quote for tires. A different service manager scheduled the May 1st appointment and confirmed the tire quote, when I stopped in to set up the follow up appointment. As of 5/7/2024, I am pleased to announce that Cortese has taken care of my issue with them. Since Cortese took care of my issue, I will continue to have Cortese do the maintenance, to all my vehicles. More
My experience here has been good, Mike got me in on the day that was best for my busy schedule with no problem. The day I bought my truck in to have brakes done, they were very busy. Even tho I feel like the brakes cost was a little pricey for a jeep ( sorry ) due to I was paying this amount when I had a Lexus gx460. I still will recommend someone to this dealership. More

My check engine light came on again as soon as I drove off the lot. It is still on and my car is not inspected and I am driving around like this because I have 4 children and a job. sucks. I need a full electrical check if the engine light keeps coming on for "no reason" and I need a rental in place of that while you guys do that. I have paid you 600$ both times I have had you "support" my car and each time, the check engine light has come on as soon as I leave. More
