Very aggressive - did not want to hear the mix up of details when car was dropped over 6 months prior with 6k miles on it and how they would NOT do oil change at that visit due to LOW mileage. Finally for sake of not arguing, I paid for oil change even though accordingly to their records I only had put on 3k additional miles since last oil change. No customer service skills, horrible customer relation skills- management needs courses on how to talk to customer and WOMEN as well. UNHAPPY- location is bad enough to get in and out of on road to deal with bad service on top of it! More
