service department sucks! We have brought our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, which we bought here, 3 times we have gotten the runaround from the service department. They lie and tell you it will only take a couple of hours and your here all day. We live about 30 miles away, so when we call for appointments we have to wait. We have come as early as 9:30AM and not gotten out of here until 5:30 PM, right during rush hour traffic. Would NEVERTHELESS recommend this place to anyone. More

Issues at first but resolved! I had posted a comment a short time ago about the horrific issues I had during the process of purchasing my new Dodge Avenger and the service I receiv I had posted a comment a short time ago about the horrific issues I had during the process of purchasing my new Dodge Avenger and the service I received. John Cortese had contacted me and apologized for the issues I had and the service I had received from his dealership. Running a business myself I understand how things may fall through the cracks and how important it is that issues be resolved no matter if it is a big issue or small. John did take care of the issues to his best ability and I am happy to say that I am pleased with the service and the way things were handled. Yes it did take 7 months to get things finally fixed and proper however I understand at when issues are brought to a businesses attention sometimes it takes someone from upper management or even ownership to address the issue. In this case it had to get all the way to ownership in order to have things resolved. The car looks beautiful and the entire team was great about making sure all was taken care of and I was satisfied. You can tell that there have been some changes to the way the operation is run and the way a customer is addressed. It was unfortunate that I had experienced the issues I did at the very beginning but John and his team have made things right and I am thankful for that. This dealership did have its bumps but I believe all has been organized and corrected. If you choose to purchase from them I can truthfully say that if an issue should arise they will do what it takes to correct it. I will continue to bring the car in for routine maintenance as I only trust the dealership to touch any car I drive and that in another year and a half I will look at Cortese first before I purchase the next car. Last fall, I leased my Jeep Compass from Cortese and have been more than satisfied from customer sales to the auto service department. Whenever I need something taken care of on my car, from low tire pressur been more than satisfied from customer sales to the auto service department. Whenever I need something taken care of on my car, from low tire pressure to an oil change, the employees are extremely helpful, quick and friendly in fixing my car. Today, the service department was able to quickly get me into the shop on my lunch break to fix my tire on such short notice and were extremely friendly and attentive to my time constraint. It is always a pleasure working with this dealership, and I would highly recommend Cortese! More
