Great Service I was traveling from New Hampshire to Oregon when my check engine light came on and my countdown clock began. I pulled into the next rest stop to sear I was traveling from New Hampshire to Oregon when my check engine light came on and my countdown clock began. I pulled into the next rest stop to search for a Ram Dealer. When I got to Cortese I was greeted by Brian, my service advisor. It as late in the day so Brian scheduled me for first thing in the morning. I arrived the following morning, was greeted by Brian, and away my truck went to service. Brian noticed my truck had a recall on replacing my water pump and they took care of that during my visit. Brian came out to show me the drive belt idler was worn as well (524,000 miles) so they replaced it as well. I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated. I highly recommend the Cortese Service Department. More

Considering the complexity of the repair (dropping the tranny to replace a cracked f So far, so good. It's only been two days since repairs were done. Considering the complexity of the repair (dropping the tranny to replace a cracked flexplate) I'm quite astonished that their are absolutely zero leaks on my driveway! Considering that the halfshafts were removed, the tranny and cooler lines (lines were replaced as well), removed, the tranny oil pan removed to perform 100K mile service, there's just so much here that could go wrong, and it appears again so far so good, that the repair was completed nearly perfectly. I actually was encouraged to speak with the tech that did the repair. My home dealer wouldn't even let me speak with a repair tech as they, "were on an hourly rate and we don't allow that", believe it or not. So, again, so far so good; I'll wait for another couple of thousand miles to really be sure, but today I'm overjoyed at the experience at Cortese. More
