And, the shuttle driver seemed a little confused and found it difficult to find my street -- I provided directions to get back to the service location. I'd invest in a good, easy to use GPS system for the driver. More

A breath of fresh air As a female and a car novice, most of the experiences I've had with servicing my vehicles have been less than... pleasant. At Cortese, not only did I not feel like I got taken to the cleaners. But they were knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in explaining my needs. Nick in the service center, whom I've worked with several times now, is friendly, considerate and takes the time to listen to the customers. Going above and beyond the call of duty, exploring every option available, helping me fight warranty coverage battles, and getting me the best bang for my buck. He is the reason I will always return. However, my actual service to my vehicle was not that great. I paid over 3000.00 dollars to get my vehicle fixed. Some of the work was done correctly but I still have to bring it back tomorrow for them to look at the same thing I originally brought it in for.. In addition, they had to take apart my dashboard to change a heater core but broke my lighter cover and my hazard lights and my towing system don't work.. All this worked before. Lastly, my engine light was on and the diagnosis was I needed a new catalytic converter. This was replaced and the light is still on. What should I think about all of this? More
