We have been customers of Cortese Dodge for almost 40 years. Our service advisor, Mike Navarro, is wonderful. He has been very good to us. I worked with Service Advisor Mike Nazzaro and Salesman Rich Riola. As part of a new vehicle purchase, I wanted a couple of accessories installed on my vehicle. The service has always been good here. I have leased several vehicles and finally bought it out, so I like to take my car to the same dealer. I waited 3 1/2 months for a part to come in. Then when it came in, the gentleman told me that it would take 1 1/2 hours at the most.
