Issues at first but resolved! I had posted a comment a short time ago about the horrific issues I had during the process of purchasing my new Dodge Avenger and the service I receiv I had posted a comment a short time ago about the horrific issues I had during the process of purchasing my new Dodge Avenger and the service I received. John Cortese had contacted me and apologized for the issues I had and the service I had received from his dealership. Running a business myself I understand how things may fall through the cracks and how important it is that issues be resolved no matter if it is a big issue or small. John did take care of the issues to his best ability and I am happy to say that I am pleased with the service and the way things were handled. Yes it did take 7 months to get things finally fixed and proper however I understand at when issues are brought to a businesses attention sometimes it takes someone from upper management or even ownership to address the issue. In this case it had to get all the way to ownership in order to have things resolved. The car looks beautiful and the entire team was great about making sure all was taken care of and I was satisfied. You can tell that there have been some changes to the way the operation is run and the way a customer is addressed. It was unfortunate that I had experienced the issues I did at the very beginning but John and his team have made things right and I am thankful for that. This dealership did have its bumps but I believe all has been organized and corrected. If you choose to purchase from them I can truthfully say that if an issue should arise they will do what it takes to correct it. I will continue to bring the car in for routine maintenance as I only trust the dealership to touch any car I drive and that in another year and a half I will look at Cortese first before I purchase the next car. More

I ended up with a GREAT deal on my new Challenger and I was so happy with the experience after closing the paperwork on my car we turned around and bought a new car for my wife. Gave the number in the letter a call and spoke with Laurie Spinosa. She was very helpful and scheduled an appointment with Sam Cubiotti for that same week. Initially, I didn't plan on buying anything but after test driving a few vehicles, we went over some numbers to see what I could afford , I was a little more curious. Test drove a few vehicles I liked but couldn't afford. So Sam suggested the Jeep Patriot and really liked it. He worked with the Sales manager and helped me get a payment that was cheaper than the Jeep I was currently driving! An offer I couldn't refuse. Made an appointment to take care of all the paper work the following day. Worked with Josh Jenny a finance manager and he was very considerate of the limited time I had and we were able to get it all of it taken care of. Great experience and would recommend Cortese. More
