Last fall, I leased my Jeep Compass from Cortese and have been more than satisfied from customer sales to the auto service department. Whenever I need something taken care of on my car, from low tire pressur been more than satisfied from customer sales to the auto service department. Whenever I need something taken care of on my car, from low tire pressure to an oil change, the employees are extremely helpful, quick and friendly in fixing my car. Today, the service department was able to quickly get me into the shop on my lunch break to fix my tire on such short notice and were extremely friendly and attentive to my time constraint. It is always a pleasure working with this dealership, and I would highly recommend Cortese! More

I can't even explain with words how grateful we are; James (our salesman) should get an award for being the best customer service/sales person in NYS. This person was always there to answer any question we had about our now new car (and when I say "always" I really mean it, we got his cellphone number and he was answering questions even after hours!!!), and when we got to the dealer he was extremely helpful and patient. OMG what a wonderful experience. More

Sam Cubiotti was great to work with in helping us lease a new Dodge Dart for our son. He got us into a payment that was acceptable. He let us take the car for the weekend with dealer plates, and my son ret new Dodge Dart for our son. He got us into a payment that was acceptable. He let us take the car for the weekend with dealer plates, and my son returned on Monday to have the Dart inspected and the plates from the trade-in put on the new car. Anna was amazing! I needed a new vehicle in a short period of time as my previous vehicle was totalled in a MVA. Unlike a lot of car dealerships, their were no heavy handed, pushy sales pitches. Anna was available, open, and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. My experience with her not only exceeded my expectations, but made buying a new car an easy experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Anna to anyone looking for a no hassel, no stress car buying experience. More
