Hellish situation turned heavenly I purchased a Ford Fiesta St from Erika. It was a good experience but went way down hill afterwards. I had my car professionally detailed two days lat I purchased a Ford Fiesta St from Erika. It was a good experience but went way down hill afterwards. I had my car professionally detailed two days later and paint flecks from a cover up on the rims came off. I called Erika the next day who didn't respond. They never took care of it, which i understand and is partly my fault because I should have checked it closer. However it got a lot worse from there. Erika left the dealership and they couldn't get it registered because it needed an emissions test. I had to come back five times. I wasn't in a good mood but out of my surprise they we're never rude and always extremely pleasant. If it wasn't for Laura in billing and Dustin in the service department, I would not be giving them five stars. They are the saving grace for this whole situation. Instead of never buying a car here again, their conduct and approach changed how I feel. I am happy that they took my concerns to heart, and even though the rim issues isnt fixed they did the best they could to make me feel comfortable. More
Waiting on my plates This car dealership has done NOTHING but cause headaches. My temporary tags expired november 29th. Called to see where my plates were and if i could get another temporary. Was told thr finance department said no. Now i cant drive my car . Haven't even made one payment yet. These people need to learn better customer service skills. More

Thats where the fun stopped. I was scheduled to have my windshield repaired. Bought the car on monday october 30th. Halloween night i noticed problems. Called Wednesday. Was told by my salesman Matt this would be looked at Thursday. I sat there from 10 to 5. Found out i had to pay 550.00 for the issues. Scott in service said this isnt covered. Imagine my surprise 3 days and i have to pay. I sat there 6 hours no one bothered aski g me anything Then Lyric asked me oh you are still here. I told him my story. He went out to service area to see what happened. He told me someone willcome out and let you know what we can do for you. No one came. When i went into service area scott said o i thought lyric was going to talk to you. I told him lyric said you would. Apparently communication is a problem. My salesman saw me sitting there for hours and not a word. Not im stuck paying for a broken car and going broke before my first payment Lyric did generous offer to pay 200. 00 of the bill. I appreciated that after sitting there no breakfast, lunch. I dont think i should be paying for any of this. With me having the car since monday what more will break. Was tbis car inspected? More

Unfortunately, the sale took a nose dive when the sales manager Mark came out to talk to us. Let's just say this guy talked down to us like we were xxxx of the earth. It's apparent he didn't do his calculations and didn't take note that my husband makes a signigicant amount of money annually and we could in fact afford his USED LUXURY CAR but we were unwilling to pay their asking sticker price. Obviously, we weren't his typical VOLVO buyer. I am so glad we didn't buy from this place. I could not believe how uncomfortable he made not only myself and my husband but also our 11 year old daughter. We took our business elsewhere and I'm sure we won't regret it after dealing with a sales manager so arrogant and unwelcoming. More

Happy with my Brand new Volvo I couldn't be happier with my new car. The process of purchasing it was something I wasn't looking forward to doing but the help I received from Lyric I couldn't be happier with my new car. I felt like I could trust them and that they weren't just trying to make a deal. I was able to drive my new car home that same day and it exceeds my expectations! More

Bravo on maintaining the highest standards in the industry. Internet Sales person Warquaah Kuraishi was just super in every detail. I truly appreciated being able to conclude our deal entirely via the internet and phone, then having the car all ready at our agreed upon time. Now that I'm back in our 8th Volvo, I look forward to returning to Corley's for my regular service, where the mechanical staff are equally as professional and courteous as are your sales and finance staff. The finance department was right when they said " I don't want to lose this sale" changing to I don't want you (me to lose the sale" he was right the first time. The worst place ever to get a used car!!!!!! I bought a car from there in January the transmition has given out. I took it in they want $6000.00 for a new one.
