Great service and staff. I was interested a few months Great service and staff. I was interested a few months before we bought but put it off until next year. However, our situation changed and I emailed the sales associate Randy Martinez. He reached out to me when I was looking online 3 mos. earlier. I received an email back right away. And spoke on the phone within the hour. We came in a day later and bought beautiful pre-owned Volvo. No hassle, no pressure. Everyone was great to work with during the whole process. Today I am here picking up the plate and registration. Everyone from the receptionist to the title woman, Mario in finance, the guy in parts and the guys in service have been real friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership. More
Stopped in with wife to look at the Navigator, wife walked in before me since I was on the phone with a client. When I walked in the showroom my wife was already talking to a salesman named Eric, I app walked in before me since I was on the phone with a client. When I walked in the showroom my wife was already talking to a salesman named Eric, I approached and mentioned I was interested in the Navigator. Eric obviously didn’t know that my wife and I were together. He looked at me and said he didn’t think I could afford it, he turned back to my wife and we just walked out. I may not have been in my Sunday best clothes but he had no right talking to me like that. Avoid this dealership if this is their idea of customer service. More
This was by far the worst dealership experience we ever had. Back in 2017 my wife and I leased a 2017 Volvo XC 60 T6 AWD Inscription... not a cheap vehicle by far. Since this was our first time leasi had. Back in 2017 my wife and I leased a 2017 Volvo XC 60 T6 AWD Inscription... not a cheap vehicle by far. Since this was our first time leasing a vehicle we decided to buy a warranty coverage that the dealer offered at signing. We were told this warranty would cover out of pocket expenses for wear and tear items at the time of lease return. Was also told that this warranty would cover mid lease issues such as a nail in a tire or crack in a windshield with a total pay out of $5000 for the term of the lease. Of course, when we got a rock chip and contacted the dealer we were told our “warranty” never even existed... so the almost $1000 we paid for the plan was just a scam since the dealer never even filed the paperwork to activate the warranty. After months of dealing with the dealer to get the warranty activated they finally tell us they were able to register it but that it doesn’t cover out of term wear and tear like we were lied to during signing. To “make it right”, they got us in contact with a manager who offered to at least get a replacement windshield for us at dealer cost, around $700. I went ahead and told him that was fine and we would like to schedule the appointment. He told us he would get back to me that day with the available time frame. Days went by and I never heard back. Called back multiple time and left many voicemails and never heard back. I even visited the dealer in person and spoke with the General Manager at the time and he I formed me that the person I spoke with was no longer with the company and that they wouldn’t offer what they promised because he was no longer working there. After months of frustration we decided to finally cut our losses and paid a 3rd party to replace the windshield. Fast forward to lease turn in July 2020 and we get a bill for wear an tear on 1 tire(~$400). I call Volvo financial to let them know about the lease end warranty and they submit the claim. I’ve called back every couple weeks since July and the warranty company won’t even respond. I have called multiple times myself and sent emails as directed and still no results. Volvo financial has also sent multiple requests to collect payment with no results. Don’t do business with this dealership, they are dishonest and only out to make their profits. They don’t care about the “customers experience” at all. After owning 3 volvos and loving every single one of them it is very disheartening to see such an untruthful business practice on a great name like Volvo. More

Fraud & false advertising at Corleys Lincoln in Albuquerque It only took 4 phone calls to make an appointment to see a used vehicle that Corleys had advertised online. The online sales agent told us the price It only took 4 phone calls to make an appointment to see a used vehicle that Corleys had advertised online. The online sales agent told us the price of the car was negotiable but we’d need to come in to the dealership. Ok, great! So we make an appointment and drive 2 hours to hopefully buy a car. We got there and test Drove the vehicle. Oh and did I mention the used vehicle was a Jeep someone traded to buy a Lincoln. The salesman was nice enough and we really liked the Jeep. We all went inside and we made a cash offer on the car. The sales man tried to get me to sign a blank sales agreement. Oh xxxx no. He went ahead and took our over to “his manager”. After a few minutes the salesman came back and said we could have the car for $2000.00 OVER the advertised price and wanted us to buy an additional Eco package, whatever that was. Again this was a used car. I’ve been buying cars my whole life, new and used, and have never had this happen. We left the dealership. More

They do not know what end is up and will end up costing you lots of unnecessary $$$ and driving an unsafe vehicle. They don't even know how to put the right spare tire kits in vehicles...took them 3 attempts. I always leave this place incredibly frustrated and will never do business with them again. Very shady and incompetent. More
