I walked up to the front door, one person was on a cell phone outside, the second was hiding behind a car and the third said hi.. It was like they were doing me a favor talking to me. We looked at a few cars, not really what I wanted. The manager came over I asked what kind of deal he could give me. He said none. You buy that waterbottle you are holding for a price, these cars you buy for the price that is stated. I just looked at him. Well needless to say, It's my money and NO man is going to talk to me like that. Very poor servvice. Very poor attitudes inside. I could not wait to get out. L- More

I've had my 2020 Volvo XC60 serviced at Corley's a number of times over the past couple of years. I was always very impressed by the facility, assigned service tech (Trevor) and felt that the service call wa of times over the past couple of years. I was always very impressed by the facility, assigned service tech (Trevor) and felt that the service call was handled in a very complete and professional manner. Trevor always answered my questions and provided a complete overview of the work that was done. Last week I brought the Volvo in for a normal 60k periodic service. Trevor was out, so Chris was my service POC. During the out brief I was told that car would soon be in need of brake pad replacements front and back. I called yesterday for some additional detail on the proposed scope of work. Trevor was again not available, so I left a couple of voicemail messages for Chris requesting him to call be back so that I could make arrangements for this service work. It is now 24+ hours and have not been contacted by anybody from Corley's Lincoln/Volvo. For this reason I have made other arrangements for this brake work. After my previous experiences with Corley's service department, I am surprised and very disappointed. More

Review of my Volvo Car Purchase To help others, below is my review of Corley’s Lincoln / Volvo dealership regarding my recent purchase of a Volvo XC90. The dealership building is welcomingly beautiful and my review of Corley’s Lincoln / Volvo dealership regarding my recent purchase of a Volvo XC90. The dealership building is welcomingly beautiful and functional, complete with a large service area in back and a private restaurant on the top floor. Tameeza, a sales consultant, is kind and friendly. She helped my wife and I at our first trip to the dealership which piqued our interest in the car that we eventually purchased. Rick, the new car manager, sits at the front door making sure all customers are cared for the minute they come on the lot. He has many years in the industry and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Dave, a sales consultant, helped me the second time I came in because Tameeza was busy. I had studied the specifications and my first concern was a four-cycle engine in a six-thousand-pound car. Dave pointed out that concern was addressed with a turbocharger in tandem with a supercharger while the four-cycle engine and eight speed transmission provided great fuel savings. I thought, wow, what a good answer. After a quick walk around the car and an explanation about the steering wheel, mirror and seat adjustments, we were off on a test drive. During the test drive Dave explained basic features about the car. He also allowed me time to just enjoy the car and feel the magnificent stability, comfort, power (nice), turning radius, and safety technology features, firsthand. I was almost sold but had a more questions. The car has a great deal of technology, safety, and comfort features that take time to fully understand. When we got back to the dealership, Dave and I sat in the car while he began explaining everything on the large computer screen. Many of the car settings are performed here. I was quite impressed with not only the car but Dave’s knowledge about the car. After Dave’s explanation, I began asking more questions about a few things I didn’t fully understand. Dave graciously spent more time reviewing and providing examples. It was clear Dave had taken the time to learn and understand every single detail about the car so he could provide information to anyone, regardless of their knowledge base. This kind of product competence is important to me, but seldom practiced today. It might sound mindless of me to say, Dave took time to earn my respect and friendship, but it is true. The car is so wonderful it could almost sell itself but needed Dave to seal the deal. It is also worth mentioning David continued to help after the sale. There was never any pressure, just relaxed, good manners by everyone at Corley’s. Lastly, after 2,000 miles the car is getting 23.9 mpg (city/hyw), which means I don’t use the turbo, superchargers too much. So, in conclusion, yes, I recommend giving Corley’s Lincoln / Volvo dealership a look, if you want a fair deal, knowledgeable and friendly staff, honesty, and of course great cars. More

I think people only write reviews when they are angry. I bought my 2016 Buick Encore from Coley's and have frequently used them for servicing. I have always found them to very upfront and approachable. I bought my Buick used from Corley's before the prices for used cars skyrocketed. My car has needed parts and repairs at times, but the car is not a lemon and has never let me down. I would definitely buy another used car there. This is in opposition to the *very* poor experience at the Hyundai dealership. I don't honestly totally blame the staff because I think Hyundai has let the quality go, and the staff at the dealership is left trying to pick up the pieces. However, that was an experience that left me angry and broke. More
After having Lincoln buy back my 2022 corsair because Corley's service could NOT repair it I went back and bought my 3rd Lincoln mkz hybrid. I needed a simple modem upgrade, under warranty. When I to Corley's service could NOT repair it I went back and bought my 3rd Lincoln mkz hybrid. I needed a simple modem upgrade, under warranty. When I took it in for my service appointment Corley's refused to service the Lincoln MKZ. This goes against Lincoln Corporates motto. I have been waiting for a call back from the service manager's boss, Ed Corley for over 6 weeks (not holding my breath). I have found out from local dealers that this is how Mr. Corley does business. If he does not like you questioning the service department's quality, or lack thereof, they will refuse to work on your car. If you buy a Ford/Lincoln/Volvo and you get on their bad side where will you get warranty work done????? Beware of Corley's Lincoln Volvo. More
