Coral Springs Kia valued my 2024 Chevy Colorado trade at $45k, both in writing and verbally several times before I drove all the way up there. When I arrived they needed to appraise my truck to be sure it w $45k, both in writing and verbally several times before I drove all the way up there. When I arrived they needed to appraise my truck to be sure it was in fact in new condition, which it was. Well, about an hour or two later they said they couldn’t give me what they promised, despite my truck being in new condition as I told them it was. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy and after I discussed it with both the sales manager and the general sales manager I left. Shortly after leaving Cheyenne (salesman) and I were texting and I came up a bit from where we were originally and he said they would do the deal, so I returned. In the end I lost out on $500 from what was previously agreed to and confirmed by Torrey and the sales manager. I wasn’t 100% satisfied, but happy that I could make a sale with Cheyenne after all the back and forth. I would consider doing business again with Coral Springs Kia, but I would highly suggest that they do not guarantee or assure people of a trade-in value if they can’t live up to it 100%. More
