Total bait and switch. Stay away from from this dealership. Sales team has no integrity. The sales person you speak with on the phone doesn’t even exist. They hand you off to a random sales person who doesn’t ask very many questions and really has no interest in doing any actual work to sell you a car. Forget looking to them for a pre-owned car. They post cars that don’t exist on the lot and when you show up to see the car you discussed on the phone they take out to some totally beat up cigarette smelling junk. Stay away these guys don’t want to help you just looking to rip you off. More

Went to Coral Springs KIA. Want a EV 6. They insisted I take a white car. I want Silver. I leased it. Everything was fine for about 5 days. Then the car started steer funny. La Want a EV 6. They half fixed it and said next week they would finish it. I called couldn't get anybody in service so I call my Salesperson. He said service would call me. No call. I told them I am driving an unsafe car. Oh no it will be ok I was told. But they aren't drive it. 3 week old cars shouldn't be having these problems. My opinion they knew there was something wrong with the car. That's why they insisted on me taking that car. I am holding Coral Springs KIA responsible if anything happens. Scary. Scary stuff More

I've bought 21 cars in my life. My experience at CoralSprings KIA, without qualification, was the worst. I called upon seeing an ad online showing competitive pricing. Confirming the validity of the ad. I told him it seemed to meet my specifications. except for the interior color. I stated a gray interior was an absolute requirement. He told me they could get a car with a gray interior in a "couple of days". I made an appointment for today to make the purchase. I drove an hour through torrential rain. I was met by a different salesperson. I related my conversation with the other salesperson. I told him I did not have a trade. He insisted I allow them to appraise my car. I observed him walking back and forth, seemingly without purpose, for 40 minutes, while he supposedly was having my car appraised. I spoke to a manager and gave them an ultimatum that if I hadn't made progress by the next 15 minutes I would leave. The salesman finally showed up with a car I had no interest in. He became very rude and confrontational. I complained to the manager I'd spoken with earlier. He was indifferent and dismissive. I found Coral Springs KIA to be the typical disingenuous, grifter car dealer. They wasted a lot of my valuable time. I thought the auto industry had wised up but apparently, Coral Springs is still in the dark ages. More
