The Nightmare on Elm that keeps on giving If dealerrater would allow me, I would give Coral Springs Honda -5 stars. When I brought my car in for a recall on a certain part last week it was lik If dealerrater would allow me, I would give Coral Springs Honda -5 stars. When I brought my car in for a recall on a certain part last week it was like a nightmare on Elm Street, which I haven't woken up from yet. I dropped my car off for the recall at 12:00 p.m. and the service employee I was dealing with refused to give me a loaner so I could make it to my Doctor's appointment in Boca. After giving him my car and signing the papers in order for Honda to install the recall, I told him I would pick up my vehicle after my Doctor's appointment. I was told "no problem, we close at 7:00 p.m. and it should only take an hour for them to install." I get back to the dealership at 5:00 p.m. after my doctor's appointment and wait in line for the service employee for approximately 30 minutes. Once it was my turn, the service employee I was dealing with tells me, with a smirk on his face, that they haven't even started the recall on my car. At the same time, my car had been sitting outside with the windows down for several hours with valuables in the car. Here is the kicker. Two days later my car wouldn't start because Honda didn't install the recall part correctly and it drained my new battery I put in a month prior. When I called to ask them what I should do about this, every single person I spoke to was extremely rude and literally told me to get lost. Thanks Coral Springs Honda. My day off between five finals and a full time job made me wish I was in the library or by my desk rather than dealing with all the incompetent employees you employ at that dealership.
