The dealership from hell. Messed up my paint job while pulling off the fancy stripe on the side of Odyssey. Did not tell me, but I saw it before I left. Brought back next day. After having it for the day pulling off the fancy stripe on the side of Odyssey. Did not tell me, but I saw it before I left. Brought back next day. After having it for the day when I went to pick it up, it looked like they used a magic marker to fix. Left it 3 days and looked good. Within a month the paint stated to chip. Left another 3 days and so far [2 months] it looks ok. The vertical molding strips between the windows started fading after a month. Looks like when they cleaned the car they used a corrosive rag on them. Brought it back 3 weeks ago and Marcus brought it to the back and came back 10 minutes later and told me its good. 2 weeks later the fading reappeared. Took it to Rick Case Honda [5A+ dealer to me] and the ordered new panels. What a difference a dealer makes. Never going back to Coral Springs Honda. They Suck!!!!!! More
This is the worst dealership in South Florida. In 2006, I tried purchasing a car from them, ended up with nothing but lies and no cars. On April 21, 2011, I tried giving them another shot, same story. Wasted tried purchasing a car from them, ended up with nothing but lies and no cars. On April 21, 2011, I tried giving them another shot, same story. Wasted three hours at the dealership, the sales person and I discussed numbers which he told me was doable (I'm aggressive on pricing, know my stuff, sales manager jacked up the prices, started arguing with me in a very rude way and told me to get out. The next day, Pompano Honda sold me the SAME CAR, with MORE ACCESSORIES (at no extra charge, unlike Coral Springs) and I paid ALOT less. Pompano Honda also gave me more for my trade than Coral Springs was offering. More
This is the story of my recent experience with Coral Springs Honda: I sold my old car and was in the market for a new car. I was a cash buyer, so I first called Coral Springs Honda (they were in the r Springs Honda: I sold my old car and was in the market for a new car. I was a cash buyer, so I first called Coral Springs Honda (they were in the region and had a good ranking with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)), and they quoted me a great price on the car (they agreed to sell me the car at the invoice price and just make money on the dealer holdback), so I grabbed my checkbook and waited for their driver to come get me. Once I got to Coral Springs Honda, all the numbers started to change. The showed me a print out that said "invoice price" with some number highlighted, and when I asked for a copy of the "actual" invoice (not a print-out) that showed the "sold to" address, etc., they reluctantly brought me the real invoice, which was several hundred dollars less than the "invoice" price they printed and highlighted on the original sheet I was given. As I sat at the desk of the salesman, the number fudging continued (e.g., there were dealer installed accessories on the car that normally don't come with it, which, of course, they wanted to charge me for). Frustrated and without a car to get home, I called Braman Honda and spoke with Sabrina. I told her the situation I was in -- that I was a cash buyer looking to write a check for one full amount (including taxes, etc.) and that the Coral Springs Honda people were messing around with the numbers. She called me back within 5 minutes with an even better price than originally quoted by Coral Springs Honda. She then sent a driver from Braman Honda to drive about two hours round-trip to pick me up from Coral Springs Honda (at no cost). I got to Braman and was sold the exact car I wanted at the agreed upon price on the phone. It's also worth mentioning that while waiting for Sabrina to call me back, I phoned a few other Honda dealerships in the region and they all eventually called me back, all with decent prices, but none more competitive than Braman. The following day, my friend's car broke down and he needed to buy another car. He called several different places and couldn't get financing. I told him about Sabrina and Braman, and I suspected they may be able to do something for him despite being turned down everywhere else. As predicted, he too bought the exact same car as I did, and Braman was the only company that would finance him. If you are looking for great customer service, excellent value, and a quality product, look no further than Braman Honda (and Sabrina of course!). If Coral Springs Honda would have just dealt with me honestly, they would have sold 2 cars. Customer Services and honestly really does pay off, and I'm happy there are review sites like this to help keep other consumers aware and informed. This review is both to document the negative experience I had with Coral Springs Honda, as well as the positive experience I had with Braman Honda of the Palm Beaches. Ironically, one of the employees at Braman had come from Coral Springs Honda and left because he didn't like the sales tactics used there (so he says). On a positive note, the people at Coral Springs Honda were very friendly. Sneaky, but friendly ;) More

I will not deal with this dealer ever again.I have a 2003 crv with a problem with the key cylinders falling down. Each time i bring it in they have a different story. My favorite one is due to the Florida Heat or the dealers put in brass cylinders and should have used stainles steel ??
