I have purchased four Honda's from Mr.Joe Randazzo at Coral Springs Honda over the last several years. I have always found Joe to be friendly, fair, patient, honest and knowledgeable. Joe is not a "high pressure" salesman and that is very refreshing after years of buying cars at dealerships that were high pressure. Years ago I went to a Ford dealership and the salesman literally stood in front of my car door blocking me from leaving the dealership, it is that sort of person who created the image of a pushy salesman and you will not that type of person at Coral Springs Honda. If you want a salesman who cares about your needs, and wants to help you get into the right car at a fair price then go to Coral Springs Honda and ask for Joe Randazzo. Thanks, David White More
It was a horrible experience buying a new Hybrid Car from Honda Coral Spring Mall. The employees at Honda Coral Spring are not there to help you after you purchase a car, but to make some money, furthermore, after I purchased a car prior to Black Friday Event, the Honda Coral Spring Mall had a special promotion for the mini tablet for customer that purchase a new car that week. The dealership told me that I am not eligible to obtain a mini tablet due to prior for Black Friday Event because manager told me it's only for Friday and the weekends, but there website doesn't elaborate the date you are eligible for mini-tablet. I am not happy with this dealership for false advertisement and customer service. If you decide to buy a new Hybrid Car, please shop somewhere else. More
I see there are a few negative experiences here, however, mine was quite the opposite. I researched the car I wanted and had a set price in mind, they matched it and sold my old car for much more than I ask mine was quite the opposite. They don't have you spend money on unnecessary repairs, only what its really needed. More
Prices are high for all services. A dealership offering authorized parts should not be so pricey. A lot of after-market parts are cheaper and of better quality. The car I have should be a least $50.00 less a month for my lease payments. I compared it to other Honda dealerships prices for same exact car. But service & sales is great. More
From the moment I drove up I was greeted with a friendly smile. Taken thru the process. Explained the charges and reduced where I could. Wait time was 45 minutes which I thought was great. I was greeted with a friendly employee , introduced to my service advisor and was informed the service would take around an hour to complete. great!.
