HONDA IS A RIP OFF!!!!! TOOK MY 2014 CIVIC FOR MY HONDA CARE OIL CHANGE. FIND OUT AC COMPRESSOR IS DAMAGED. THEY DONT COVER IT BECAUSE IT WAS ROADSIDE HAZARD. ONE SALESMAN NA TOOK MY 2014 CIVIC FOR MY HONDA CARE OIL CHANGE. FIND OUT AC COMPRESSOR IS DAMAGED. THEY DONT COVER IT BECAUSE IT WAS ROADSIDE HAZARD. ONE SALESMAN NAMED NORBET( NO LAST NAME, NO BUSINESS CARD) AND ANOTHER" HUSTLER" 3RD PARTY FIANCEE NAMED ROY TREVINO WANTED TO SELL US THE CRV. AFTER CRV AND RUNNING HARD INQUIRYS AGAIN,HE SAID THEY WOULD APPRAISE THE CAR FOR TRADE IN. REMEMBER IT WAS THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. HE APPRAISES IT THAN PARKS IT IN A BUSY PARKING LOT. ROY TREVINO WHO IS IN BAD NEED OF GROOMING AND PERSONAL HYGIENE COMES BACK WITH THE HONDA INCREDIBLE OFFER.BS!!!!! THREE TIMES AS MUCH A MONTH. WHEN WE SAID WE WOULD DISCUSS IT AT A LATER TIME, HE DISREGARDED OUR MAINTENANCE AND SAID " GOOD LUCK DRIVING YOUR HOT CAR BACK HOME" AND TOLD US HE PARKED IT OUTSIDE. WE WERE HERE FOR MAINTENANCE!!!!??!! THEY WANTED $600 FOR THE REPAIR OF THE AC COMPRESSOR. AFTER TAKING IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP WESTON, WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD SUPPLEMENTAL WARRANTY COVERAGE WHICH CORAL SPRINGS FAILED TO MENTION. WE GOT THE AC REPLACED AFTER AN ENTIRE MONTH WITH NO AC AND AND MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER SUFFERING BECAUSE OF IT. MY ADVICE. THIS IS OUR 3RD AND LAST HONDA. I AM ALSO A BLOGGER AND WILL DEFINITELY PUT THESE FACTS TO ALL 9 MSM COMPANIES I CLOSELY WORK WITH.THEY ALSO CLAIM TO SELL 500 HONDAS A MONTH.SALES ARE DOWN 1.2-3.1% FOR HONDA. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST. THE "BIG THREE" SHOULD NOT INCLUDE HONDA. More

I also had a trade in so I could get my daughter a Civic dealt with Paul Simms would not cut me a decent deal due to the fact I was going to take 2 cars off their lot. 2 days later I get a call from who I think was his boss asking what can he do in order for me to come bk, nothing because I had already went to Rick Case and got what I wanted just different colors. Today I go on the website and they even dropped the price on the SUV I wanted and still no buyer. I went to Rick Case and spent with them over $40,000.00 in one shot. More
