Deceptive Dealer Avoid these deceptive liars. I called Coral Springs Honda Auto Mall in Coral Springs, Florida on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 11:13 a.m. ET to ask about t Avoid these deceptive liars. I called Coral Springs Honda Auto Mall in Coral Springs, Florida on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 11:13 a.m. ET to ask about two 2017 Honda Accord Black Touring cars they had listed for sale on Car Gurus. I spoke to someone who said his name was "Gauge, like 12-Gauge." When I tried to pin him down on the additional costs added to the advertised price, Gauge divulged that there were additional fees, including $995.00 for the Multipoint Certification (which is ALWAYS included in the advertised price of a Honda Certified car). There was also a $799.00 Document Fee that Gauge was unable to explain. There was also a $399.00 Electronic Filing Fee that the buyer can do themselves when they register the car and get their license plates. Gauge kept telling me how transparent he and the dubious dealership was, when everything about him and the Coral Springs, Florida Honda dealership was unsavory and deceptive. There were allegedly other fees, but Gauge dumped me off to another sales person as a way of avoiding answering any more questions. I hung up and will never contact this sordid dealership again. GRADE is "F" for deception and cheating. More

Honda service not up to Par I have been a Honda owner my entire driving life. We have always used the dealership service center wherever we have lived. What happened to great customer service and respecting the time of your life long customer. It took them two and a half hours to replace one tire. The service employee provided me the initial car feedback after 1 hour over the phone (even though I was sitting in the waiting room) I finally approached him for an update after another hour and a half. After starting my paper work I asked to speak with the service manager. Apparently he was too busy to speak with me but a discount was offered. It was not about the money it was about the experience. I ended up speaking with the GM who defended his team and apologized. Sad to see the Honda service I have grown to love and respect is only a shell of itself at this location More
