Peter was courteous, extremely professional, and to the point. No running around, no trying to convince me to get something I didn't want. I felt I was taken cared for in a timely manner and when he handed me off to the Finance Dept. to work with Alex S, he periodically checked in to ensure I was happy with the process. More

Beware! I purchased a Honda odyssey in late May. Less then 4 months ago! My sliding door would not shut so I took it for service (this is a HONDA CERTIFIED VA I purchased a Honda odyssey in late May. Less then 4 months ago! My sliding door would not shut so I took it for service (this is a HONDA CERTIFIED VAN). They told me they would charge me over 400 because it is now out of warranty (it's been 4 months!). Beware, they don't take care of their customers. More

A less painful car buying process Peter was both professional and helpful. On our first visit we told him we were not looking to buy yet, but were shopping several different brands. He Peter was both professional and helpful. On our first visit we told him we were not looking to buy yet, but were shopping several different brands. He had good things to say about some of the other cars we were looking at, which show's honesty and integrity. In the end it had come down to the Honda or a Subaru. Although we might have gotten off slightly cheaper with the Subaru, the value and safety of the Honda made this the car for us. Peter was extremely knowledgeable about his cars and made the car buying process much easier. More
