Either very deceptive or very disorganized. My wife was pre-approved for a vehicle and then drove down the next day around 11 am and was told the car just sold? I messaged the internet sales department, as a new customer, and they told me the car was still available. They are either intentionally bait and switching or, the Internet sales department isn't actually verifying the cars are on the lot, before they waste people's time. Or they are just that incredibly disorganized. Either way it's probably better to avoid this dealer altogether. I also called, texted and left a voicemail for the Internet Manager before I did this review to ask why this happened. I understand if it's an isolated incident but if this happens to you as well, consider a complaint to the AGO of Florida. I will say the sales floor staff was very nice and even they were annoyed by the Internet Sales department not verifying the car was there. And hats off to them to try to alleviate a problem they shouldn't have to deal with. More
