Before coming in to the dealership, I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Jwan Abdelmajid discussing my priorities, and she was helpful in u Before coming in to the dealership, I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Jwan Abdelmajid discussing my priorities, and she was helpful in understanding my wishes. She sent me emails with photos of models in the inventory with the specifications and features I was looking for. She then set up an appointment for me to come in. At the dealership, I was immediately met by sales agent Lisa Tringali, who put me at ease with her friendliness and attention to my wishes and questions. She was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, supportive, and guided me through the entire process of selecting a car. Near the end of the process, the young man who handled the insurance transfer & update (sorry, I don't remember his name) was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful, further helping to put my mind at ease with the entire process. Ray Abreu was excellent at going over the special features and setting up my phone to synchronize with the car. He answered all my questions with no ambiguity and was even patient enough to speak to my father on the phone who had some concerns. He was not rushing me and presented great options when I asked. He was reassuring and confident in the business and himself. He was also very proactive and let me know what he was doing each step of the way. The financial manager that assisted me was soooo patient as well. I even had 2 friends with me and let them wait outside, but he invited them into his office and answered all their questions too! He also reassured me that he was just presenting me with various options and did not goad me in the least. He was also comfortable enough to tell me his perspectives very objectively when I asked. Moe helped me get settled in my new vehicle and ensured I knew all the bells and whistles. He gave me his personal number as well. Even if I was only expecting to have a good day, Moe surpassed alllll my expectations and I tell everyone who asks about my new ride exactly where I got it and exactly who helped me.
