WASTE OF TIME FOR APPRAISALS: Corals Springs Honda keeps calling me to sell my car to them or trade it in because of the value it has on both parties. After Erica Miller called my last week, she sounded di calling me to sell my car to them or trade it in because of the value it has on both parties. After Erica Miller called my last week, she sounded different over the phone, you know, not like a typical sales person. So, I took her up on her offer to go in and appraise my car. She told me this process would take 15 minutes the most! I went there, she came out right away, then she pawned me off to a sales rep who was a typical sales guy with the polo shirt and empty desk (hes probably new). He asked if I wanted coffee and was telling me he could have gotten me snacks and all this jazz if the cafe was open. I told him I came in for the appraisal and asked him how long this would take, he said 15 minutes tops! They took my key and I was waiting for over 30 minutes. No where in sight you see that Erica lady. After Waiting, you see the sales man yapping with his colleagues by the main sales desk, they were having fun. Remember they told me 15 minutes, I got up and went to the sales man and said, Did you do everything needed for the appraisal? He said yes, I said, well...Please have Erica Call me, He said, ok. After 3 days, no calls or text from Erica, but I did get a generic text stating: "I thank you for stopping, I noticed we haven't earned your business yet. What's the main reason you didn't purchase from us yet? Chris Hayek General Sales Manager at Coral Springs Honda" SUCH A DISRESPECT, They Dont even know the status of anything. They Dont Care!
