They were very pleasant, helpful and explained exactly what was going to be done on my car. The only issue was that when I made the appointment on line it indicated a courtesy van would be available to t what was going to be done on my car. The only issue was that when I made the appointment on line it indicated a courtesy van would be available to take me back home but when I arrived for my 7:00 AM appointment I was told the van wouldn’t be available until 8-8:30 AM. I am a remote worker and it messed up my work schedule because I had to wait at the dealer for the service to be completed. More
