I think that already having a solid direction for my search was beneficial in this experience, but I also appreciated Rob's obvious interest in finding me the car I wanted rather than trying to sell me on something else. I also appreciated being set free on a 20 minute test drive for each vehicle without the dealer hanging out and pitching the car from the backseat! Got the chance to really try out the cars and think through options. Also appreciated Rob taking time after purchase to demo basic things like how to fold down the back seats, and to connect my phone. Definitely left the dealership with the right car at a competitive price. I am generally the type of person who drives a car for 10 or so years, I can only hope Rob is still working at the dealership when I'm ready to purchase my next one. More
