I decided to go local and saw a car listed on car guru at Prime Chevolet. The salesman Keith Reardon was waiting for us outside with the car next to him with a sign posted on the car " reserved for us". We decided to buy the car. Atleast, during our wait it was for financing and reviewing documents to finalize the deal. There were several things I wanted done to the car and as promised, Keith accomplished all of this. The car was even delivered to my home and I greatly appreciated that additional service.. The overall experience of working with Keith Reardon at Prime Chevolet was a nice experience, as buying a newer car should be. When my husband is ready to purchase a newer car..we will eliminate all the stress, by returning to Keith Reardon and Prime Chevolet. Thank you. Regards; Lorraine Thompson More

Not sure what happened to this place Horrible service experience. I will never return. If you are smart you will take your car elsewhere. I should have had a clue when it took me 3 days to get an appointment. I called numerous times and got bumped to voicemail. I finally called the operator and she forwarded me to the service manager's direct line where I got voicemail. I called the operator again and she guaranteed she would have the manager call me within 5 minutes and I waited till next day when I finally got through. I showed up at 9:55am for my 10am appointment and was informed they were running behind and it would be 2 hours to do an oil change and inspection. I said I would wait. 2.5 hours later I went to check and was told that they did not have the parts to complete the service and they would have to be ordered?? Then they proceeded to charge me $105 for an oil change. Go elsewhere, this place is really screwed up. More
