Drew sold us a fantastic car and went out of his way to find other vehicles we might be interested in when the ones we were looking at didn’t make the grade. The one we purchased was in fact his suggestion, and we left very happy with every aspect of his service, and that of the other team members we met too. We will be back Prime Chevy in Hyannis for our next vehicle purchase too. More

After having been loyal to another manufacturer since 2007, my neighbor (an employee at Prime Chevrolet), suggested we sit down with Dave Easa. Dave was very down-to-earth, no pressure and a real treat to deal with. He took the time to listen to what we needed in a new car, as well as what we wanted (need and want aren't the same ... ), and found a 2020 Equinox that fit the bill. Dave was very knowledgable on the product, as well as all the options and extras. He did a splendid job of explaining the different financing options we had and never pushed us to make a decision on the spot. When it came time to take delivery on the vehicle, Dave was meticulous in going through all the major vehicle systems, ensuring I'd drive away without a question in the world. Caleb handled the financing and was very mindful in suggesting what options we should have, while steering us away from those he really didn't think we needed. Having known Caleb from a previous dealership, it was nice to see a familiar face that you knew would walk you through the process, making it painless, if not even enjoyable. Overall, I'd have to say that the experience we had at Prime Chevrolet nothing less than outstanding. More

2015 Chevrolet Corvette power train repair Car was at the dealership for over a month. I was never offered a loaner. I asked that the car be run through the wash rack on pick up. It wasn’t. The Car was at the dealership for over a month. I was never offered a loaner. I asked that the car be run through the wash rack on pick up. It wasn’t. The car was under warranty but I was presented with a bill ($4k plus) as though it wasn’t. This was the second time the warranty matter had to be resolved.
