Hi Scott. I had a chance to review your paperwork with Hephzibah. We were surprised to see your note on the tire rotation and her handling of your suspension noise. Hephzibah reiterated to me her offer that you're welcome to come by anytime and we would be happy to have the technician take a ride with you and put the truck up in the air and show you around it should that help give you greater piece of mind. If it would be easier for you, we are also happy to come to your house and do the same.
