Cliff, I'm so sorry that the technician didn't reset the maintenance reminder system and reminder sticker on the windshield. I'm happy to send someone out to the house and verify with you that all of the oil change items have been hit and to reset that for you. I'm concerned because the oil life monitor was about 30% when I brought it in for the oil change and noticed same day post service within 50 miles that it was at 85%. My understanding is that a reset would set it back to 100% - you can't reset it to a random higher number is how I understand the system to work. Hence, my concern is why it says 85% - was the correct oil used / why is vehicle thinking 85%. Sticker is a trivial point. If someone could contact me to discuss more / alleviate concerns that would be great. My contact info is in your files.

I will have Patrick call you this afternoon and coordinate sending someone out to you to verify the oil is new and full. The oil reminder system can't be reset to anything other than 100% so if it came in at 30% and now it's at 85% and the oil is full and clean, we'd be happy to put it back to 100% or leave it at 85%. We're happy to leave that up to you but we will at least verify that the oil is new and full. Patrick will call you at the phone number on file this afternoon to coordinate. Thanks.
