David took the time to answer all of our questions very throughly in person, and was very responsive via email as well. Day one, we visited the dealer lot for the first time, and David came out to greet us. We saw a car on the lot we liked, and David spent quite a bit of time with us that day going over all the details. He also had an appraisal for our trade-in done the same day. Day two, we finalized everything, dropped off our trade-in, and drove away with our new 2023 Trailblazer. Now that’s customer service. Well done to David and everyone else at Copeland Chevrolet.
