I live in Vermont, and this dealership is a three hour drive from my home. 2. I am retired, and spent 30 years in the car business here in Vermont. Let me simply say: his dealership has GOT IT RIGHT! Not only did they have the lowest price, but more importantly, they treat their customers right! That is what I call a good value. Throughout the entire process, every staff member was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sunday evening, I sent out four emails to four dealerships that had the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. Monday morning, Melissa was the first to respond to my inquiry. She followed up with a phone call and left a message. When I spoke with her on the phone, she spoke professionally and confidently. I'm not trying to tell you how to run your business, but I think Melissa is a keeper. :-) BTW, two of the dealerships have still not responded to my inquiry....amazing, don't you think? Still practicing a cheap old trick I live about 1 hour away from this dealership. I called to inquire about a used car that I saw on their website. I was told that they are like a docto I live about 1 hour away from this dealership. I called to inquire about a used car that I saw on their website. I was told that they are like a doctor's office and I have to make an appointment. I did make one and told them they I will be there in 2 hours or less. They said they will have the car in the front and ready for a test drive. When I got there I was told that the car I called about is not available but they have plenty of brand new ones for sale. They pulled a very old cheap trick that has given car salesman a bad reputation. I guess it can still happen in this day and age. Honesty still matters. More
