Carly gets it done! I went in to contemporary a few months back. I don't have the best credit and all other dealers turned me down or turned their backs to me! I very directly told Joe what I was interested in for a vehicle and the price I needed to stay within. He was able to present me with the two vehicles I inquired about and I was able to test drive then and there. After choosing the car that I wanted to purchase Joe and Mike both worked quickly and efficiently to get me to the payment that I needed to stay within. This is the first time that buying a car was not a painful experience for me. The staff at Contemporary Chrysler Dodge Jeep were courteous and has great senses of humor. I will be recommending this dealership to others. More

2016 Dodge Durango After researching and visiting other Dodge dealerships in the area, we decided that a Dodge Durango would be the best vehicle for us. We were welcomed After researching and visiting other Dodge dealerships in the area, we decided that a Dodge Durango would be the best vehicle for us. We were welcomed at Contemporary by salesman, Joe Pelletier. We explained to him that we were just in the beginning stages of our search and we wanted to check out a Durango. Joe showed us one , accompanied us on a test drive and spent much time explaining all the features and options available. Though we weren't quite ready to buy, we very much appreciated his input without any high pressure sales techniques. Many weeks later, when we finally made the decision to purchase the Durango, we returned to Contemporary after a very unsatisfactory visit to another local dealer. We asked, once again for Joe Pelletier. He spent much time with us again and he said we would be happy with our choice and he was 100% right. The purchase was a big decision for us, but thanks to Joe's patience and knowledge it was a very rewarding experience. Thank you Joe, Mike Leblanc (finance dept.) and Contemporary! More

I was able to get the better car for my circumstances than I thought was possible. Joe Pelletier, our salesman, was primarily instrumental in this. He had great backup with the other staff, Jeremy Rodimon and Mike Leblanc. Joe Pelletier is very knowledgable about cars in general, not just about the Dodge Grand Caravan which is my particular favorite. We had an enjoyable conversation about what's happening with cars! Tire warranty run around A little over a year ago we purchased a used Ford Ranger. Very nice truck. We told them that we could do a payment around $250.00 we ended up with a p A little over a year ago we purchased a used Ford Ranger. Very nice truck. We told them that we could do a payment around $250.00 we ended up with a payment of $453.00. Big difference and that was the best they could do. We needed the truck so we purchased it. We purchased the tire warranty for $2000.00. The next few days we had to purchase a spare tire and tried to use the warranty. They told my husband that he didn't follow procedure and wouldn't reimburse him for the tire. He has talked to several people in service ( Mike ) and was told that it was taken care of and would receive a reimbursement check in the mail. Well, it's been over a year now and still no check. My husband has talked to the GM and the service manager more than 20 times each time being told to give it a week. Finally the GM told my husband that he won't write out a check and the service manager say's that he will send a check by Friday. It's been over 12 months and my husband is still getting the run around. xxx people DO what you say you will do and stop xxxxxxx my husband around. By the way my husband is disabled and can not drive because he's blind. I feel that Contemporary is taking advantage of him and it's not right. If he could see to drive you bet he would drive over there and get his check. We will never use this dealership again, ever! You should have kept Medlyns Motors as your dealer instead of Contemporary. At least Medlyns knew how to treat his customers. More
