Without hesitation Heath got me into a rental car and on my way. Because of parts on back order they needed to keep my truck longer than expected. Heath kept me in the loop with the status of my truck during this time. It's only been a couple of days but so far so good with the repair to my truck. But my dealing with Heath Dellalucca was very pleasant, no stress. All I had to do was drive there, he took care of everything else. More

After finding appealing deals on Contemporary Chrysler Dodge Jeep, I got in touch with John Callahan who made the process easy and painless. John asked what my goals were at the dealership that day and did everything in his power to make it happen while maintaining my needs and budget. John, and the rest of this dealership's team had impeccable customer service from the start to finish. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and could not be more pleased with my experience. Bad Business Practices On Tuesday October 25th 2016 I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. It appeared to be in good condition and had just over 30K miles on i On Tuesday October 25th 2016 I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. It appeared to be in good condition and had just over 30K miles on it. I was told it was just off lease. I had driven it the previous Saturday and didnt see an issue. On the way home I noticed a small clunking noise from the drivers side front. Having never owned this style of Wrangler before I thought maybe it was just characteristic of the vehicle. I had a friend drive it who also owns one and he confirmed the noise isn’t suppose to be there. On Friday 3 days after purchasing it, I contacted my salesman who indicated for me to call service. I spoke with Jeremy in service who said that because the vehicle wasn’t CPO they really couldn’t look at it without charging me. He said he would talk to manager and get back to me, he never did. I then contacted my salesman again who said he would speak to manager and get back to me, he never did. I understand my vehicle was not CPO but it makes good business sense to stand behind what you sell for at least a short time if you want repeat customers. I had this issue 3 DAYS after giving them $25k dollars and they basically said “not our problem” Bad business practice and I will definitely do everything I can to help protect others from these people. More
Wonderful Experience with Kieth I knew which vehicle I wanted to test drive when I walked in the door. Kieth did not try to sway me towards an upgrade (well, he mentioned it but...). As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable when I walk into a dealership. At Contemporary, I didn't. I test drove the vehicle and was able to drive away with it in short order.
