Driving down unpaved roads to work-I destroyed two of my tires which caused my alignment to become unbalanced. I spoke with Russ who was very understanding and got me in and out of the dealership in the same day. Max Thorp helped me with scheduling my service appointment. Mark Cheever and Derek Eastman seemed to genuinely care about my issues which is very rare to find in the automotive industry now a days. This was my first time getting service done at their new facility and it is a major upgrade-I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. Thank you for all the help and I will be recommending all of my family/friends to Contemporary.. More

Dealership, only gets the 5 star due to the people i dealt with on the sales side. they have been fantastic There was a deal too good to pass up and Sales for the most part has never really been an issue. Justin blew it out of the park with how easy going and down to earth he was. even though I was hesitant in going in, I did and Justin kept me focused and at ease. This is what a car salesperson should act like.. I dealt with Derek before and he has always been a decent guy but more behind the scenes. and for financing I dealt with Mark Cheever who also made us feel ok with the deal. still worried about service but I could not be happier with the sales team. More

Best Vehicle Shopping & Purchase Experience My husband and I were looking for an AWD or 4x4 vehicle to replace my front wheel drive car, and we went to 3 dealerships. Couldn't find what we want My husband and I were looking for an AWD or 4x4 vehicle to replace my front wheel drive car, and we went to 3 dealerships. Couldn't find what we wanted, and dealers were pushy and trying to get us to purchase vehicles we did not want. Gave up, but stopped here on the way home anyway. REALLY glad we did! Mark was extremely personable, actually listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and helped us find our new Jeep. It was a 2 day process since we showed up close to closing, but it was a great experience. He even called a few days after we left with the jeep to see if we had any new questions and to make sure we still loved it. Compared to the other 2 experiences we have had purchasing vehicles in the last 6 years, our experience with Mark was by far the best one. Painless shopping and buying experience, and we didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle we didn't want. I credit most of that to Mark, since he was honest, knew the vehicles he showed us, and didn't try to convince us we needed a vehicle we didn't want. From walking through the front doors to leaving with our jeep, to even now a few months later, Mark was there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Mark and this dealership! More

This was the third vehicle I've purchased from them and there is a very good reason for that. A fair and pleasant experience. This time Justin Michaud was my salesman and he did a great job of ensuring I got the truck I wanted at a fair price. It was a long process as I was on travel during much of it but he kept in touch and kept me informed without harassing me. Chip, who handled the final paperwork was also very competent and professional. I've bought a lot of new cars over my lifetime and this dealership and it's employees are easily among the best I've dealt with. More

They let me wander around the lot and the showroom with anyone greeting me or offering me help. When I was about to walk out, someone finally asked if I needed help, then had me wait another 30 minutes before getting me with a salesman. As far as the sale goes, expect the typical 3-4 trips to "talk to my manager". Also expect they low ball your trade - "KBB doesn't take into account market value, we are giving you the absolute most we can, etc". And my favorite "we are losing money on this deal". Although I am a longtime Jeep owner, this experience makes me think I should have gone for a Subaru. I won't return. If you can find your Jeep somewhere else, try there first. More
