Never thought I would lease! I went to Conicelli with an exact vehicle, trim and options in mind and not a lot of wiggle room. I was prepared to have to place a special order to get what I wanted, unaware of the resources Conicelli could call up. My greatest fortune, however, was not the vast inventory they brought to the table, but the luck of the draw that gave me Jacob Dank as my sales consultant. Jacob found a vehicle with all of my 'have-to-haves' and was able to have it on their lot in 2 days time. Before all of that could happen though, we had to figure out if I could afford it. The traditional options for purchase were computed with a couple of variables to compare and it was looking do-able but tight. Jacob then recommended something that I never thought was for me: leasing, which dramatically reduced the down payment as well as the monthly payments. As a result, I am driving a 2014 FJ Cruiser and couldn't be happier. The lease terms are so attractive that at the end I can buy this well-kept 3 year old for much less than they are selling for today. Aside from just doing the right thing for me financially, which was huge, Jacob was patient with my endless stream of questions and was always able to find a satisfactory answer. He also took the time to get me started with customizing the Bluetooth and radio features. I am not a demonstrative person, especially in a car buying situation - I think Jacob was beginning to despair of ever seeing me smile. I am smiling now, Jacob! More

We sought out his assistance because we felt so positive about our previous experience. Greg is knowledgeable, friendly and deals with customers in an honest, straightforward manner. He supported us through the lease return process in a way that worked well and quickly for us. Leasing our new Toyota was an equally smooth process. We never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. I felt that Greg had a good sense of our needs and preferences. He took more than adequate time to explain the features of our new lease vehicle. Friends and family are quite impressed with the looks and operation of our Sport Plus Corolla! More

John Campo was the sales agent who assisted me and I couldn't of been happier with his service, personability and overall knowledge of the car. He was especially helpful/knowledgeable of all the electronics and computer related features!! I would definitely recommend John if you are looking to lease or buy a Toyota product in the SE PA. This is my third RAV4, starting with my 1999 and I have to say the new styling is two thumbs up! More

Best Dealer I didn't buy from. My daughter and I were shopping for a Prius. Jacob Dank was extremely helpful, very professional, and extremely patient with us. And for additional information I requested he brought in Chris Williams who was also helpful. In the end we elected to go with a more competitive offer from another dealer in the area. We actually felt sad and disappointed not to do business with Jacob and Chris. My son-in-law purchased and Scion XB from Coniccelli a few years ago and the experience and service have been great. We will be back again and will also recommend Coniccelli and especially Jacob to all our friends and family who are shopping for a car. Not often I write a glowing report of a dealer that I wasn't able reach a deal with, but Coniccelli is exceptional and I wanted to let folks know. More

This time I did my research a The last experience I had in January 2014 wasn't a good one. I knew that it was matter of time before I buy a newer car. This time I did my research and homework. Before me going in person to Conicelli Autoplex I submitted a loan application and within 20 minutes, I received a phone call and an email. The sales consultant Manny spoke to me regarding my application and I also told him what I was looking for and my price range. He did 90% of the work over the phone and the other 10% he needed to see the trade in. Once I got there, Manny was GREAT. All the paperwork was done already. He pulled up the 2013 Kia Forte that I was interested in and I took it for a test drive. Once I made my choice, it was up to the finance department to get me approved on a monthly payment that I could afford. I would recommend my friends and family to go to Conicelli. The next time that I will purchase a car, I will be heading back to Conicelli and I hope that Manny is still there! More

Reaching a deal can be a very exhausting and draining experience, I'm glad we cut through the chase and got working on a deal quickly. BTW, HE BOUGHT MY FAMILY PIZZA!!!! I have never had this done before, and when you have a toddler with you, pizza can be a greeeeeaaatttt calm to the storm. Aside from being a salesman, Hassan was a genuinely good person. If you're in the market for a new vehecicle, look him up. He'll make the experience a lot let painful!!! More
