The finance guy was equally as nice and explained everything to me as far as what I was putting down, etc. My two year lease went quickly and now it was time to look again! OK, so I am not any better at car shopping...it's not something I enjoy doing. But, because of the experience I had two years ago I decided to go back to Conicelli. This experience was even better than the last! Angel was informative, gave me lots of options to consider and then helped me make up my mind with what I could afford and needed instead of trying to upsell me. He actually sold me a car I never saw or drove until the day I went to pick it up! he also got all my financial information so that when I did go to sign all the paperwork I was in and out in under an hour! above and beyond all expectations I had need of a car as soon as possible. I called four or five different including Conicelli. I am one of those people who needed special financing h I had need of a car as soon as possible. I called four or five different including Conicelli. I am one of those people who needed special financing help. The dealers all tried to help. Only Conicelli was totally honest and upfront with all information. I had almost made a deal with another dealer the night before, But after talking with my brother I decided to wait. Glad I did. The car I almost bought was a 2006 focus with over 123,000 miles on it. The following day I went To Conicelli and met with Pete Papas. He told me upfront that he would do his best to help me get approved for financing but he would not make any promises. After about 3 hours of working with and his manager he was able to get me approved with a payment I could afford and found me a much better car. He found me a 2008 Hyundai Elantra with just over 78500 miles. It had more equipment and a much better ride than the Ford. I left with my "new" car happy and greatly satisfied with all his work and effort. I would highly recommend him and conicelli to any one looking for a new or used car. When I am ready to purchase again they will get my business. Also the entire staff I met that day was courteous and helpful. He was extremly nice not pushy Didn't come out with huge sale pitch trying to sell acessories or try to sell me more exspensive truck Just talked about what I was there for with no pressure. Treated me like he was selling a car to a friend not just another customer, and he didnt know me at all Made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I sat down and purchased truck at reasonable price and Apr I wanted.. Did purchase warranty and usually dont since it was good coverage. Finance manager Mike was also easy to work with friendly and worked to get me good rate and additional discount with payments. Sat down and had good conversation while dealing with paper work. So really made it actually enjoyable to do all paper work I really can't complain about one thing at all. Treated me great all around. And will return in future to do business with them and recommend all freind to there dealership expexally Jacob my sales man. More
