After four hours of test drives and negotiating, we finally had a deal for a leas We wasted half a day at Conicelli today and ended up with nothing. After four hours of test drives and negotiating, we finally had a deal for a lease on a RAV4. Or so we thought. Turns out someone -- either the sales manager, or one of the two salespeople we dealt with, or the finance guy, made a mistake on the sales contract and applied the wrong sales code or something to the deal. So because of that stupid mistake we now had to pay another $62 a month on top of our negotiated cost! Everyone from the salespeople to the manager tried to apologize, or laugh it off as an "honest mistake," but I call it something else -- incompetence. But were they going to eat that extra cost as an acknowledgement of their mistake? Oh, no, they couldn't possibly do that. Needless to say we walked out and will NEVER be back. And this was going to be our FIFTH Toyota, four of which would have come from Conicelli. If this is how they treat repeat customers, God be with the poor sucker who walks in for the first time.... In addition, the salespeople (there were two, maybe that was part of the problem), each really tried to hard-sell us on a service package we had no interest in. One guy tried 3 times, and we told him no 3 times and the other tried a couple more times. Each had stories about how "their wives had a problem with their car" where they got stranded under some contrived, "Act of God" circumstances and they would have been saved if only they had the Toyota service package. And the greatest part was it was available for ONLY $995! Their two stories sounded so similar I had to wonder if they actually rehearsed them during training sessions. Seems to me that if they paid a little more attention to the paperwork and calculations, and less time trying to upsell us on something we told them 5 times we didn't want or need, maybe they wouldn't have screwed up the deal. Lastly -- the bathrooms, disgusting. The coffee, awful. My advice - stay away. Stay far away. More
Fantastic Experience I am a bit late writing this; but I never been treated like this at any car dealership (my other cars are Mercedes and BMW). There was no pressure and everything they said they actually did and on time! Everyone I dealt with from Ray Hoisington the manager on down the line treated me like family. Joe Bish my salesman found the exact vehicle I wanted at a better price than anywhere on the East Coast. I would (and have) recommended Conicelli to friends, family and even my patients! More

I had a phenomenal experience working with Joe, from the value he got me for my trade to the rate he was able to provide me along with the car I wanted. The entire process from start to end was quick, enjoyable and I never felt pressured or under the impression I was "just another sale" like I had at previous dealerships. However, this past week I was able to negotiate a trade in for my 2009 Highlander Hybrid with Steve Knicks and Wallace Latte. We purchased a 2015 RAV4 and couldn't be happier with the result. I was very pleased with all aspects of the sale, from negotiating a competitive trade-in value for my Highlander, adding dealer provided coverage, and having the car ready when promised. I highly recommend Conicelli Toyota. More

Their error became my problem I went to this dealership and thought the service was superb. They got me the deal I wanted (Toyota Camry) with a rate I only thought possible in my dreams (1.9%)! Then a few weeks later the called to inform me that they didn't have me sign all the paperwork. I asked of they could overnight the paperwork and I'd get it done. Three weeks later, they finally sent the paperwork. When I finally received the paperwork, I signed it quickly and left it for pickup by UPS. I received a call from the sales agent who stated who stated that they never received the paperwork. I saw that UPS never picked up the paperwork, I said I'd drop it off to UPS myself. Then, the next day, I received a call that they would repossess the car if they did not receive the paperwork that day. Deeply insulted, I invited them to come repo the car and bring me my down payment. Now they want to talk things through! I don't need the car since I own my Toyota Highlander straight out. But I will never do business with them again. Their error became my problem More
