I usually wait for the service so it is so nice the have a friendly, comfortable and clean place to spend the wait time........which, by the way, is never more than expected! When completed, Bob speaks WITH me, not down to or at me. I am treated with respect and friendliness. I walk out of the place feeling 'important'.........something so very different from other services that are necessary in our daily lives. When I need to have service, for whatever reason, there is no stress or angst involved in the process. Everyone involved - admins, service reps, etc. - are exceptional.
